Orders will be shipped complete, unless you specify to allow backorders. Actual shipping charges on backorders will be added to your order. SchoolSourceOnline.com will notify you in the event of a backordered item prior to finalizing your order. Backorders are normally at a minimum, however, if a backorder should occur, shipment of your order will be delayed until your order can be shipped complete to avoid additional shipping and handling charges on your order.

SchoolSourceOnline.com intends to continue an inventory stocking of best selling items from our catalog for immediate shipment. Delivery to Iowa is usually three working days. Simply call us for availability if our three-day estimated delivery time will not suffice. Please have the product ID number handy for reference to our Inventory Control system when you call.

Returns:
SchoolSourceOnline.com wants you to have what works in “Your Classroom”, and believes teachers deserve a liberal return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from SchoolSourceOnline.com, simply give us a call for a Return Authorization within 30 days from date of shipment on your order. Return items in the original shipping cartons to avoid damage in transit. Include a copy of your packing list, invoice, order confirmation, or P.O. to insure proper credit to your account. Normal in-stock items received in unused, unopened, saleable condition, free of any marks, will be accepted. Special Order items are not returnable. Upon receipt of your acceptable return, credit for the full purchase price of the returned item will be credited to your account. Return postage, shipping charges, and insurance (strongly encouraged) are the responsibility of you, the shipper. Original shipping charges will not be credited to your account. Credit balances on your account may be applied to your next order, or refunded to you upon request.
